Sustainability

We strive to do our best to work responsibly in a way which positively affects the environment around us, from working with suppliers and retailers on a local level, to transparency over our ingredients, and in doing our bit to help the planet.

Locally Sourced Ingredients
- We use Glasgow producers Dear Green Coffee Roasters and Jenier World of Teas.

Ethically Sourced
- Dear Green are B Corp certified and are part of the B Corp Climate Collective, committing to the Race to Zero to address the climate emergency and to meet and (exceed) the Paris Agreement target to achieve a zero carbon economy.

- Jeniers are a member of the Ethical Tea Partnership, meaning they provide totally transparent perspective on where tea is grown and manufactured. All aspects of the quality of lives for those living and working on tea estates is covered including fair compensation health coverage, housing and childcare.

Recyclable Packaging
- We encourage all to recycle our cans and our cases are sent out in fully recyclable cardboard.

Community Initiatives
- As a company, we engage with and organise many community initiatives such as the Foodbank Marathon (raised £3k), Burpees for Better (raised £2k), Charity Dodgeball Tournament and more.

However, we're aware that there are some things we can be doing better. Here's our targets for the next year.

Sustainability Targets for 2022

Packaging & Innovation
- Use fully recycled materials for our packaging, from our cans to our labels to our boxes, with zero plastic.

Zero Waste
- Eliminate all waste going to landfills, and recycling all items in our production process.

Zero Emissions
- All local deliveries to be done by foot, cycling or e-vehicles.

Net Zero Scotland
- Support and collaborate with Net Zero Scotland - an initiative to tackle the climate crisis, reducing carbon emissions and operating at net zero.
